IFFA Expands Team, Adding Grace Wilkey as Events & Member Services Manager

IFFA is pleased to welcome Grace Wilkey as our new Events & Member Services Manager. Grace brings more than 14 years of experience in event planning, venue operations, and client coordination. She has worked with convention centers, catering teams, and event companies to deliver well-organized, high-quality events and positive guest experiences.

In her role with IFFA, Grace will focus on member services and event logistics, working to ensure members receive a high level of service and support. She will be responsible for maintaining and updating the association management system (AMS), assisting members in keeping their information current, and helping ensure data accuracy across the system. Grace will manage IFFA’s annual events and gradually assume responsibility for M-PACT logistics. In addition, she will oversee sponsorship coordination and fulfillment for IFFA activities and programs, helping ensure a consistent and professional experience for sponsors and partners.
