Learn more about the 2023 Higher Blends Infrastructure Incentive Program (HBIIP), which provides grants to petroleum marketers looking to upgrade infrastructure to distribute different bio-blended fuels.
The program will cover essential topics such as increased federal match, additional funding cycles, dedicated funding for home heating oil distributors, and updated capped costs for transportation fueling facility applicants. The HBIIP supports higher blends of fuel ethanol greater than 10, such as E15 or higher, and biodiesel greater than 5%, such as B20 or higher (renewable diesel is not eligible).
