Professional Bio
Cathy Melton, an Indiana native, holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Indiana Wesleyan University and brings over a decade of experience in association management, event coordination, marketing, and external relations. She has been with the Indiana Food & Fuel Association (IFFA) for more than 11 years. She has served as Executive Director since 2023, leading efforts to expand membership, strengthen partnerships, and ensure the association’s long-term success.
Known for building strong relationships with board members, partners, sponsors, and fellow associations, she is dedicated to encouraging collaboration across the industry. Outside the office, she enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including running, having completed several full marathons and many half marathons, and, more recently, kayaking. With a passion for developing new programs and a commitment to delivering value to members, Cathy continues to lead IFFA’s growth with her vision and years of experience. She lives in Indianapolis with her husband, Todd Melton.
